Privacy Policy

1.Who we are

Zakzee ("we", "us") operates the Zakzee platform at https://zakzee.ai — an AI generation studio, AI agent and marketing workspace. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the platform, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and how you can remove it.

It applies to the website, the web application, and every connected-account integration we offer (Google, Gmail, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and others listed inside the app).

2.Information you give us

• Account data: your name, email address, password hash, profile picture and preferred language.
• Company data: the company/workspace you belong to, your role, and the team members you invite.
• Content you create: prompts, chat messages, generated images, video, audio, uploaded files, tasks, notes, comments and presentations.
• Billing data: top-up amounts, currency, credit balance and transaction records. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Support communication: messages you send us by email or through the app.

3.Information we collect automatically

• Authentication and session data, including sign-in timestamps and a device fingerprint used to protect your account.
• Technical logs: IP address, browser and device type, and error diagnostics.
• Usage records: which features and AI models you used, and the credits each action consumed.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the application, and we do not build advertising profiles from your activity.

4.Sign in with Apple

When enabled, Apple verifies your identity and provides a stable account identifier, your verified email (including Apple's private relay address if chosen), and your name when you authorize sharing it. We use this information to create and secure your account. Apple access and refresh tokens are encrypted on our server, are not shown in the browser, and are used to revoke authorization on deletion. We do not silently link an Apple identity to an existing account solely because its email matches.

5.Google user data

If you choose to connect a Google account, we request only the access needed for the feature you enabled, and you can revoke it at any time. Specifically:

• Sign in with Google — we receive your name, email address and profile picture, used only to create and identify your account.
• Gmail (scope: gmail.modify) — used only when you connect a mailbox. It lets the app read and search your messages, create drafts, send mail you asked it to send, apply labels, and move messages to trash. It does not permit permanent deletion.
• Gmail settings (scope: gmail.settings.basic) — used only to create, list and remove Gmail filters on your behalf. We do not request delegation or forwarding-address permissions.
• Google Ads (scope: adwords) — read-only access to your advertising accounts so the Google Ads agent can build performance reports.

6.How Google user data is used, stored and shared

Google user data is used only to deliver the feature you turned on. It is never used for advertising, profiling or model training.

• Message content and Ads data are processed to produce the output you requested — a summary, a reply draft, a filter, a report — and are shown only to you and the members of your workspace who have permission to view that item.
• Where a feature needs an AI model to interpret content, the relevant text is sent to our AI provider strictly to generate that output. We do not use Google user data to train our models. Provider handling is subject to the selected service terms and applicable Limited Use restrictions.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are never exposed to the browser or to other users.
• We do not sell Google user data, do not transfer it for advertising, and do not use it for credit or lending purposes.
• Disconnecting a mailbox or an Ads account removes its stored authorization tokens. Reports and work already saved in the workspace remain subject to the retention rules below. You can also revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Zakzee's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7.Other connected platforms

When you connect Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, GitHub, a CRM or any other integration, we store the access token you granted and read only the data the corresponding feature needs — for example ad accounts, campaign metrics, pages, posts, comments or messages. The same rules apply: tokens are encrypted through the integration service, access is scoped to your workspace, and disconnecting removes authorization. Saved workspace work follows the retention rules below.

8.How we use your information

• To provide the service: run generations, answer chats, execute agent tasks, and display your workspace.
• To bill accurately: calculate credit consumption and keep a transaction ledger.
• To secure the platform: detect abuse, rate-limit authentication, and investigate incidents.
• To communicate: send transactional email such as verification codes, task notifications, and service notices. You can unsubscribe from non-essential notifications.
• To improve the product using aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.

9.Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum necessary data with the providers that make the service work. Their processing is governed by the service terms and data protections applicable to each provider:

• AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and comparable services) — receive the prompt or content required to generate your requested output.
• Cloud hosting and object storage providers — host the application, database and generated files.
• Email delivery provider — sends transactional messages.
• Payment processors — handle top-ups; they receive payment details directly, not through us.

10.Disclosure required by law

We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of users, or to investigate fraud or a security incident. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, under any circumstances.

11.Security

• All traffic is served over HTTPS.
• Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in readable form.
• OAuth tokens handled by our integration encryption service are encrypted at rest with a dedicated key. Personal API keys are restricted to server-authorized use.
• Access inside a workspace is controlled by a role and permission system, checked on the server for every request.
• Public share links can be password-protected, given an expiry date, and revoked at any time.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify affected users without undue delay.

12.Account closure, restoration and deletion

• You can start deletion in Profile → Delete my account, or at https://zakzee.ai/delete-account without signing in. Verify your email and type DELETE in full to confirm. No phone call or company administrator approval is required.
• Confirmation immediately closes your account, invalidates its sessions and disables automatic recharge. You have 30 days to request restoration through support@zakzee.ai after identity verification. The exact deadline is shown when you confirm. After this deadline restoration is unavailable and permanent deletion starts.
• Deletion covers your personal profile, password, sign-in credentials and devices, private chats and memories, personal library and creations, and personal integration credentials. Personal files in our storage are removed; a minimal non-identifying record may preserve accounting and workspace references.
• Files, messages, creative assets and other work already added to Task Management, a project folder or a task belong to the workspace. Deleting an employee account does not delete or transfer those project records. They remain subject to the workspace's retention rules and can only be deleted by its authorized project administrators. Personal copies outside the workspace are deleted.
• Billing and transaction records remain when needed for legal/accounting obligations. Minimal fraud-prevention records may remain for platform security. We restrict retained records to their stated purpose. For a request concerning personal information embedded in company work, contact privacy@zakzee.ai so we can review it with the responsible workspace.
• Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked when deletion is requested. Temporary provider failures are retried. At the deadline, storage failures or legacy files whose ownership requires verification are escalated for operator review; the request is not marked complete until its personal-data purge succeeds. Backups and third-party provider copies follow their applicable retention processes and are not reused to reactivate a deleted account.

13.Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the service: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and security cookies that protect the sign-in flow. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

14.Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request its deletion, or object to a particular use. Send requests to privacy@zakzee.ai and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

15.International transfers

Our hosting and AI providers may process data on servers outside your country. When data is transferred internationally, we rely on the contractual protections offered by those providers.

16.Children

The platform is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

17.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced inside the application.
